Before considering any recipe for her cookbooks, Dana cooks up the dish to
try out on her very discerning family and friends. Here is one of Dana's current
Pluck It Cake
3 Cans of Pillsbury (formerly Hungry Jack) Buttermilk Biscuits
2 Sticks of Parkay Margarine
2 Cups of Light Brown Sugar
2 tsp. of Cinnamon
1 Cup of Pecans
Spray the bottom of a bundt pan with Pam. Pour 1/2 of the pecans in the bottom.
Quarter one and one-half cans of the biscuits and drop on top of the pecans.
Melt margarine in a separate bowl and mix with the sugar and cinnamon. Pour one
half of the mixture over the biscuits. Add the remaining pecans. Repeat with the
remaining biscuits and then the sugar mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35
